110 Residential Units Planned for Downtown Office Conversion
Dinosaur Capital Partners has entered into an agreement to purchase the top 10 floors of 31 Milk Street with plans to convert the office space to residential units. The developer will create 110 apartments, a mix of 40 studios, 50 one-bedroom units and 20 two-bedroom units. According to the firm's application for a city tax break the office space is currently 1/3 occupied with 6 tenants having leases expiring in the next 18 months.
