$110M In Financed Secured for Parkside Parcel 8 & 10
City Interests Development Partners and Ravinia Capital Group have secured $110 million in financing for the upcoming multifamily developments at Parkside 8 and Parkside 10. When complete the 2 buildings will offer 230 units total with around 15,000 square feet of retail space.
