$112M Permit App Filed for 562 Unit Bethesda Project
A building permit application valued at $112,500,000.00 has been filed for the approved development project at 5159 Pooks Hill Road in Bethesda. Plans call for 562 apartments across 2 towers over an underground parking garage. Exeter Property Group acquired the site in May 2020 for $17,100,000.0 and filed updated plans in the fall reducing the project from the originally planned 631 units to 562.
