$11M Construction Loan Issued to Chelsea Cathedral Multifamily Project
A Boston-based property developer secured a construction loan valued at $11,025,000 from Enterprise Bank for the former St. Stanislaus in Chelsea. Approved plans call for the redevelopment of the cathedral into 30 residential units.
