$12.6M Reno Permits Pulled for Bethesda Office Tower
A series of renovation permits valued at $12.6M have been pulled for updates to the 16-story office tower at 7500 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda. Stonebridge Associates and Rockwood Capital acquired the 340,000 square foot building in September 2019 from Clark Enterprises. Renovations include facade updates and common-area renovations.
