120 Units Approved for Development at Crescent Lot in Salem
has won approval for a multifamily development on the vacant Crescent Lot at 252 Bridge Street in Salem. Named "Exchange," plans call for 120 multifamily units in a new 6-story building next to the Salem MBTA Commuter Rail station.
