121,000 SF Distribution Center Proposed for Greendale Mall Site
Finard Properties of Boston filed an application for definitive site plan approval with the Worcester Planning Board proposing a new 121,212-square-foot warehouse and distribution center.
The company bought the 309,000 square-foot Greendale Mall in 2019 for $7.1 million and originally proposed lab offices and mixed-residential construction for the site. The mall was built in 1987 and anchored by retailer Best Buy until 2019.
