1215 West Fulton Market Given Full Approval
The 34-story mixed-use development has received full approval from zoning, city council, and plan commission. This project will join the skyline of the growing Fulton Market neighborhood. There will be 7,500 SF of outdoor space for all tenants with a large pool area and indoor amenities. The property will also house over 13,000 SF of retail on the ground level, which will make the neighborhood even more desirable.
