126 East 57th Street Gaining Windows in Midtown

, is beginning to install windows on a topped-out, 28-story luxury tower project, going up at 126 East 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan.

residential condos, as well as 4,056 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Tenant amenities are to include a basketball court, a fitness center, and a rooftop swimming pool.

square feet. The project site has been assembled as such that the tower is being constructed at 686 Lexington Avenue, with the main entrance, located around the corner at 126 East 57th Street.

The project first broke ground during the summer of 2022, and construction is expected to wrap up by early 2025. Last December, the team obtained a $170 million loan from Bank OZK, which is being used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.
