$12M Permit Pulled for Common Area Renovations at Carson Tower in South Boston
A permit valued at over $12M has been pulled for common area renovations at South Boston's Carson Tower. The work will include upgrades to the public spaces on the 1st and 3rd floors. The project will also see storage areas on the 2nd floor converted to a maintenance shop, staff area, and meter room. The fire alarm system will also be replaced and a fire command center created on the 1st floor of the 17 story tower.
