13-Story Residential Tower Proposed in Mount Vernon Triangle
Quadrangle Development & The Wilkes Company have proposed a 13-story tower to replace a surface parking lot at 950 Third Street. The project would feature 96 residential units plus a resident lounge, health club, and below-grade parking. The plans also call for approximately 1,600 square feet of communal amenity space on the penthouse level that will include a café exclusively for the residents of the building. The penthouse café will be connected to a roof terrace with views to the south and the development team "envisions the café space will serve as a unique amenity for the Project and could become a juice bar, coffee bar, or café with various food and drink offerings during the day and evening."
