13-Story Tower with Rooftop Restaurant Under Review
Republic Properties has filed plans for special exception relief to permit “nightclub, bar, cocktail lounge, or restaurant” uses within the penthouse of the proposed 4th building at The Portals. The new 13-story multifamily building would feature 353 residential units with residential amenity space along with 2,500 square feet for the restaurant space. The property would also include approximately 237 parking spaces.
