136 Unit Warehouse to Residential Conversion Approved in Lincoln Park
The Commission on Chicago Landmarks has approved the conversion of the Ludlow Typograph Building along N Clybourn Avenue in Lincoln Park. The updated building will include 136 residential units with 10,000 square feet of commercial space to include a food hall.
