$14.5M Building Permit Pulled for 21-35 W. 2nd Street
A permit valued at $14.5M has been pulled to kick off construction for 21-35 West Second Street in South Boston. The upcoming 6-story building will feature 55 residential units and approximately 2,600 square feet of retail space. The project was approved in January 2019.
