14 new residential units proposed in Inman Square
Highland Development proposes to construct three new residential buildings containing 14 units at 140-150 Line Street in Inman Square, located on the Cambridge-Somerville border. The buildings would be set on half an acre of landscaped land located within walking distance of Kendall Square, the MBTA Red Line and the future Green Line Extension at Union Square. It has not yet been revealed whether units would be marketed as apartments or condominiums. The cities of Cambridge and Somerville are now reviewing Highland Development's proposed project.
