14-Story Affordable Housing Project In Planning In Yonkers
Glenwood Hill Manor is a 14-story affordable housing development in planning in Yonkers. The plans for the building call for 177 units in studio to three-bedroom configurations, 138 units of parking, and a fitness center. The project is still in its early stages with the sale of the 15 city-owned lots of land to the development team pending. The goal is for the necessary review and approval processes to be completed by the third quarter of this year.
