14-Story Apartment Building in New Haven On Hold
78 Olive Street in New Haven, a 14-story apartment building, had received all the necessary approvals and even won a zoning change to facilitate the project's construction. Even seemed on track, but now PMC Property Group, the building's developers, have declared that 78 Olive Street is on hold. As for the reasoning, rising construction and interest rates are the culprits.
The plans call for 136 units, all one bedrooms, common amenity spaces, and 37 parking spaces.
