14-Story Mixed-Use Project Tops Out in Sunset Park
General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 14-story, mixed-use project, going up at 737 4th Avenue in Brooklyn's Sunset Park neighborhood.

Jointly developed by BEB Capital, Totem, and SK Development, the building is set to contain rental apartments (including 46 affordable housing units) and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a coworking area, private dining and entertainment areas, a game and media lounge, and an outdoor rooftop garden with views of the Manhattan skyline. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet altogether. The $143 million project is expected to wrap up in the fall of 2025.
