15 Beekman Street Tops Out in Financial District
General contractor, , is celebrating the topping out of a 27-story tower project at 15 Beekman Street in Manhattan's Financial District.
Developed by for Pace University, the building will contain a new academic center, and dormitory. The institution plans to use it to house classrooms, dorms, student resources, a library, and a cafeteria.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Pace University has signed a leasehold to occupy the entire building for 30 years following its completion. 15 Beekman Street is expected to finish by the Summer of 2023.
