15-Story Jersey City Mixed-Use Nears Final Height
General contractor, , has nearly topped out a 15-story, mixed-use project, at 32 Oakland Avenue in Jersey City. Framing has already started for the 14th floor, leaving approximately one and a half stories left to construct.
Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of office space. The roof of the structure will have a large deck, complete with a swimming pool, and a hot tub. Plans also call for an enclosed (and automated) parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , 32 Oakland will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is due to complete in 2023.
