15 Story Tower Proposed for Quincy
Developer Tremont Asset Management - a subsidiary of Slater Family Holdings - has proposed to build a 15-story residential tower on Hancock Street in North Quincy. The $100,000,000 project would feature 214 luxury apartment units right across the Neponset River from Boston.
The project would feature high-end finishes and indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including a roof deck. Tremont Asset Management will be submitted to the city in early 2021 for review.
