Alexandria Center for Life Science – Waltham Update 09/05/22

150,000 SF Waltham Lab Expansion Underway

Sunrise Erectors has begun framing at 50-60 Sylvan Road in Waltham as construction progresses on the Reservoir Woods East project. Plans call for an expansion of the lab/life science campus featuring two new 6-story buildings delivering an additional 153,000 square-feet of research floorspace.
