150K SF Lease Signed at CambridgeSide Redevelopment
Gene therapy firm Prime Medicine has signed a lease for 149,000 SF of space at 60 First Street in Kendall Square. Part of the former CambridgeSide Mall, the space was formerly occupied by Sears.
In total, the redevelopment project will add 575,000 square feet of office, lab, and residential space in 3 mid-rise buildings and 1 tower that will replace the Best Buy, Sears, and Macy’s locations as well as the mall’s First Street garage.
