$15M Building Permit Pulled for The Blake in South Boston
A building permit valued at $15M has been pulled for The Blake in South Boston. The condo building will feature 44 modern, spacious one and two-bedroom homes, many with private decks. The Blake will also offer residents garage parking, a fitness center, and both common and private roof deck spaces. The base of the five-story project will also include 13,5000 square feet of retail space, ideally located along busy West Broadway in Perkins Square.
