$15M Permit Pulled for Potomac Yard Condo Project
A permit valued at $15,148,082 has been pulled for the foundation work at Potomac Yard Landbay H. The site will be home to Dylan, a 138 unit luxury condo project. The project will offer one to three-bedroom homes, averaging around 1,200 square feet in size priced from the $600,000s to over $1M. Construction is expected to last through 2022.
