$16.5M Permit Pulled for Renovations at Simmons University
A permit valued at $16,494,043.00 has been pulled for renovations to Simmons University Main College Building at 300 Fenway. The project will include interior renovations to offices and academic spaces along with new MEP's and some structural work. The Main College Building was originally built in 1904 with additions in 1909 and 1929 for a total of 155,000 square feet.
