160-Unit, 280,000+ SF Nubian Square Project Approved for Development
Cruz Development Corporation won approval for 282,382 square feet of mixed-use space between two buildings at 135 Dudley Street in the Nubian Square and Roxbury neighborhood. Plans call for 160 housing units, 8,703 square feet of street-level commercial space, and a restaurant flexible space-tenant amenities I art space, and a parking garage for approximately 146 vehicles.
