160-Unit Redevelopment Proposed for Weymouth Motel Site
Trinity Green has released plans for a redevelopment of the Boston Motel in Weymouth. Plans call for a 4-story multifamily apartment building featuring 160 units and 4,000 SF of retail space at 655 Washington Street. The development would include a swimming pool, fitness center, and club room as well as 260 parking spaces.
