Scape Closes on Boylston Place, Pulls $165M Loan to Kick Off Construction
Scape, the developer planning Boylston Place, secured a loan from Madison Realty Capital, LLC for $165,000,000 to acquire the properties and to begin construction on Boylston Place. The project calls for around 226,700 square feet of mixed-use space comprised of 451 rental units, ranging in size from studios through 3 bedrooms.
