1733 16th St. NW Goes Vertical
Construction is underway at 1733 16th St. NW. The controversial project was approved in January of last year and progress has been slow. Photos show foundation works look to be complete and it is going vertical. When finished, the 5-story apartment building, 4 stories above ground with an additional level of penthouse apartments on the building's roof plus 2 levels of subterranean cellar apartments, will feature an amenity club on the roof, a rooftop pool, and a 2 story underground parking garage.
