$174M Construction Loan Secured for Upton Place Project
The Donohoe Companies has announced that they are now working with Aimco on their Upton Place Project. The joint venture has also secured $174M in construction financing for the 800,000+ square foot project. The development is set to include 689 apartments and 100,000 square feet of retail. Donohoe expects to break ground in Q1 2021.
