1785 Columbus Avenue, 139,200-square-foot social services office building, approved in Egleston Square
1785 Columbus Avenue, a new 139,200-square-foot building featuring office space for Horizons for Homeless Children and other social service programs in addition to ground-floor retail, was approved at today’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. The building will require additional approval from the City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals in order to proceed with construction. 1785 Washington Street is anticipated to start construction in the 4th quarter of 2017 and open in the 2nd quarter of 2019.
