18-Story Multifamily Tower Continues to Rise in East Harlem

Plans also call for 9,858 square feet of community facility space, and multiple tenant amenities, including a fitness center, work-from-home spaces, lounge areas, a dedicated recreation room, and a children's playroom. The building will also boast several outdoor spaces including a roof garden, a rooftop deck with a BBQ station, and landscaped terraces.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet altogether. Back in June, Goldman Sachs Private Bank, supplied a $97 million construction loan for the project.
