$192.5M Construction Loan Issued to Somerville Lab
has secured a construction loan valued at $192,500,000 from Square Mile Capital Management for 100 Chestnut Street in Somerville as construction moves forward on the project. Named "Brickbottom" and now in development, plans call for a 315,000 SF development featuring 200,000 SF of lab research space with a 2-level subterranean parking garage.
