Scannell Properties has received conditional approval for a warehouse in Plainfield, CT. The plans for the property call for 1 million square feet, 975 parking spots, 182 trailer storage spaces, and 200 docking doors.
Approval still needs to be finalized for the construction to move ahead on the project, and no timeline has been finalized for the project.
