$2.5M Plumbing Permit Pulled for South Boston Affordable Housing Development
A plumbing permit valued at $2,561,465 has been pulled for the East 8th St. building as part of the Old Colony redevelopment. The South Boston project will replace 250 affordable homes with 301 in total, ranging in size from 1 through 4 bedrooms. The full project is anticipated to complete in the summer of 2021.
