2.5M SF White Flint Mixed-Use Project Wins Preliminary Approval
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved the sketch plans for the 2.5M+ square foot Rose Village development. The three existing office buildings on the site will be demolished to make way for 7 new buildings to feature 2,060 residential units along with 469,643 square feet of non-residential use with a max building height of 200 feet. Plans also call for ample public & private green space. The development team has not yet determined when it intends to file subsequent Preliminary Plan and Site Plan applications but anticipates phasing to begin on the west side of the property moving to the east.
