2.6M SF Poplar Point Project Gets a Rebrand
Redbrick LMD has announced a rebrand for the 2.6M square foot project along Howard Road. Formerly, Columbian Quarter, the project will now be called Bridge District, in honor of the nearby new Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge. The project is set to include 1.6 million square feet of office space, around 700 apartments, and retail space, including an outpost of the Sandlot, the popular outdoor bar.
