The Gillette Company has sold off a parcel of its Seaport Channelside parcel at 232 A Street to Parcel 3 Owner, LLC - an affiliate of Tishman Speyer - for $80,000,000. A surface parking lot for The Gillette Company, 232 A Street/Parcel 3 features 1,750,388 SF of developable land between Gillette and the headquarters of General Electric.
