20 residences with ground-floor retail proposed in Dorchester’s Uphams Corner
Developer Valdemiro Pina proposes to construct a new $5 million mixed-use building at 734 Dudley Street in the heart of Dorchester’s Uphams Corner. The building would contain 20 apartment residences with 3,032 square feet of ground-floor retail. Construction of the building is anticipated to commence by Fall 2017, with expected completion in Spring 2018. The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is now reviewing the plans for this project.
