200,000+ SF Lab Fit Out Proposed for South End Complex
has filed plans for a life science redevelopment of 1000 Washington Street in the South End. Part of the 321 Harrison Avenue lab project, plans call for an updgrade to the existing office building. The project will create 237,031 square-feet of research/life science floorspace to supplement neighboring 321 Harrison Avenue. The project also calls for a 10,454 square-foot cultural event space on the ground floor.
