200+ Unit Project Approved in South Boston
Jones Street Investment Partners have won approval for a multifamily development on an industrial site located at 195 West 1st Street in South Boston. Plans call for 236 residential units with community, cultural, and retail space, as well as a community cafe. A nonprofit organization will be selected as the anchor tenant for this space The building has been designed to Passive House standards with all-electric HVAC.
