$200M Baltimore Arena Renovation Breaks Ground
Construction to renovate the Baltimore arena is underway. The 60-year-old arena will be transformed into a new multi-purpose, state-of-the-art entertainment and sports venue. Global superstar Pharrell Williams was announced as a new partner in the project, joining current partners Baltimore Development Corporation, Fundamental Advisors, and Thirty Five Ventures. New exterior and interior designs are to be expected and the arena is hoping to reopen by February 2023.
