$201M Permit Pulled for Boylston St. Air Rights Project
Samuels & Associates has pulled a building permit valued at $201,061,707 to kick off construction for the Parcel 12 Air Rights project at the corner of Mass. Ave & Boylston Street. Plans call for a 325,000 square foot office building and a 150,000 square foot hotel rising from a podium with around 70,000 square feet of first and second-story retail and restaurant space. The project will also include the renovation and reopening of the Hynes Convention Center MBTA stop and pedestrian tunnel improving access and safety.
