202 Southampton Sold for $12M

202 Southampton Street, a 6,500-square-foot end-mile industrial property directly off Interstate 93, sold for $12,250,000 in a deal brokered by JLL. The buyer, Atlantic Oliver 202 Southampton Street, LLC - a partnership between Oliver Street Capital and Bain Capital Real Estate - also secured $10.70M in financing with a fixed-rate loan provided by Webster Five Centers Savings Bank.

The seller, Boston Foreign Motors, purchased the property for $7.25M in 2019 with proposed renovations for a vehicle showroom floor.

The property features 29-foot ceiling clearance, six loading docks with four drive-in doors, and 33,000 square feet of excess parking for 150 spaces.
