204-Unit Assisted Living Campus Under Construction in Lexington
Framing has commenced on the Waterstone/Bridges Lexington with crews completing the first floor. National Development won approval to develop two land parcels that sit immediately across the street from each other on Watertown Street in Lexington. The buildings will both be senior residential communities - a 48-unit memory care building on Lot A (which is approximately 4 acres) and a 156-unit independent living/assisted living building on Lot B (which is approximately 14 acres).
