$20M Construction Loan Issued to Approved Roxbury Development

TD Bank has issued a construction loan valued at $19,909,000 to for 2147 Washington Street as construction is set to kick off on an affordable housing project. Approved in 2020, plans call for 62 affordable housing units and 2,500 SF of retail space near Nubian Square in Roxbury.
