$20M in Financing Secured for Redevelopment of Abrams Hall
Urban Atlantic has secured a total of $20M in financing for the redevelopment of Abrams Hall within the Parks at Walter Reed. The project is set to include 54 fully furnished units set aside for residents age 62 and above with incomes up to 30% of AMI. $2.4M in financing came from the District's Housing Production Trust Fund with an additional $1.1M in federal tax credits from DC's Dept. of Housing & Community Development.
