Ideally suited for design & construction professionals, Workspace @ Newmarket offers easy access to most Boston neighborhoods and Inspectional Services at 1010 Mass Ave. We’ve designed unique workspaces which can be customized to meet individual needs. Available options include single desks, small private office suites for 1-4 users, and larger private offices with dedicated break out rooms. All available for rent on a monthly basis.

As a Building Construction and Design firm, Haycon has thought about client needs and have included specialized amenities geared towards the industry. They’ve included a dedicated printer and large workspaces to spread out plans or product samples. The flexible work space also features a shower for those ‘Site to Supper’ meeting days. A nicely appointed kitchen rounds out the space stocked with coffee/tea and snacks.

Build to Suit - Suites 1 & 2

The two “Build to Suit” suites offer endless options for tenants dream space. Both units feature steel trusses original to the property which add to the space’s industrial vibe.

Suite 1: 1844 Square feet. Private Entry located from the parking lot and bike storage.
Suite 2: 850 Square feet. Entry from the main front door at 21 Batchelder Street.
