21 residences with ground-floor restaurant and retail proposed on Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan
Developer George Minasidis proposes to construct a new $12 million mixed-use building at 1199-1203 Blue Hill Avenue, along Mattapan’s central commercial corridor. The building would contain 21 new residences with 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 55-seat, 2,800 square foot restaurant. Construction of the building is anticipated to commence in the 2nd quarter of 2018, with expected completion in the 2nd quarter of 2019. The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is now reviewing the plans for this project.
